The debut haiku poetry collection “Stara duša u ruhu avangarde” was published in February 2022. The idea developed in 2019 even without a plan for the poetry to be published. On the initiative of a well-experienced poet colleague to publish this particular form of haiku poetry, this adventure of writing haiku became even more adventurous. The form developed into a very special sort of haiku poetry – thoughtful haiku, following thoughts, mirroring society, questioning societal norms, love towards the homeland and the broken bridges hoping to be resolved in some better days. This haiku ruthlessly criticises society on the one hand, and on the other hand, gives blessings to beautiful souls who are compassionate and hope for a better tomorrow. The poetry is written in Croatian language and the book can be purchased via Stara duša u ruhu avangarde.
